Housekeeping Floor Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

As a Floor Supervisor you will report to the Hotel Housekeeper and oversee the floor service in the NH hotel in Brugge. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily floor service, including cleaning, hygiene checks and replacement of amenities.
• Perform room cleaning yourself when required to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal hygiene, safety procedures and HACCP standards.
• Monitor and exceed client expectations by delivering excellent service.

Required profile

• Professional experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role.
• Basic Dutch and English language skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene and safety standards.
• Professional attitude, flexibility in working hours and ability to work autonomously.
