Hotel Business Developer

About the role

Join Nestia Hospitality Group as a Hotel Business Developer and drive B2B sales for corporate events and hotel services. You will create new business opportunities, nurture long‑term client relationships, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect major companies and organisations interested in corporate events.
• Negotiate contracts to maximise profitability while meeting client needs.
• Build and maintain a strong network of partners and business contacts.
• Manage a client portfolio, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with hotel teams to guarantee successful event execution.
• Prepare compelling quotations that highlight the added value of Nestia’s locations and services.
• Participate in networking events and actively pursue new leads.
• Close contracts to achieve KPIs and earn performance bonuses.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, English and/or Dutch.
• Affinity for the hospitality sector with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated attitude; comfortable with cold prospecting.
• Commercial mindset and ability to recognise business opportunities.
• Experience preparing quotations and negotiating contracts is a plus.
• Enjoy travelling and meeting new people.
