Hospitality Management Traineeship – 24‑Month Development Program

About the role

Nestia Hospitality Group offers a 24‑month, paid Management Trainee program designed to fast‑track ambitious graduates toward senior hotel management or central team positions. Starting in September 2026, you will rotate through several of the group’s hotels and key corporate departments, gaining hands‑on operational experience and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hotel operations across multiple properties.
• Optimize operational processes and maintain high quality standards.
• Support revenue management, human resources, sales & marketing, finance and operations teams.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and hotel development initiatives.
• Drive continuous performance and service improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Finance or Human Resources.
• Clear ambition to build a management career in high‑end hospitality.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
• Strong customer orientation, responsible mindset and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel between properties as required.
