Head of Product – Engagement (Liège, Belgium)

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking a Head of Product for the Engagement area to shape and deliver a compelling player experience. You will define a bold vision, align it with company objectives, and turn strategic intent into measurable outcomes that drive both player satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear, measurable product vision and translate it into multi‑quarter OKRs.
• Represent the portfolio in senior leadership forums, influencing decisions and securing alignment.
• Directly manage a team of Product Managers, setting expectations, conducting 1:1s, and overseeing performance reviews.
• Coach PMs on discovery, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and decision‑making.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development frameworks for the product team.
• Maintain an outcome‑driven roadmap, balancing speed, scope, and business value.
• Partner with enterprise functions to plan, unblock, and de‑risk delivery.
• Promote experimentation and embed a data‑informed mindset in product practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading product managers.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes at a portfolio or mission level.
• Strong discovery skills: problem framing, hypothesis development, and validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to executive and technical audiences.
• Effective negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and influencing abilities.
