Head of Product – Engagement (Liège, Belgium)

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking a Head of Product for the Engagement area to own a focused portfolio, turn ambitious outcomes into reality and elevate the player experience. You will set a clear north‑star vision, align it with company objectives and act as the bridge between strategic intent and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Define a bold, inspiring and measurable product vision aligned with the company’s CX strategy.
• Translate the vision into multi‑quarter OKRs and ensure initiatives drive customer and financial outcomes such as NPS, CSAT, GGR and retention.
• Represent the portfolio in senior leadership forums, influence decisions and secure alignment.
• Directly manage a team of Product Managers: set expectations, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews and career development.
• Coach PMs on discovery, prioritisation, stakeholder management and data‑driven decision making.
• Maintain an outcome‑driven roadmap, balance speed, scope and business value, and partner with enterprise functions to unblock delivery.
• Champion experimentation, embed a data‑informed mindset and ensure alignment with company‑wide planning cycles.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading product managers.
• Proven track record of defining strategy and delivering measurable outcomes at portfolio or mission level.
• Strong discovery skills: problem framing, hypothesis development and validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive and technical audiences.
• Experience in player account management platforms, loyalty, customer engagement or payments is highly valued.
