Head of Product – Engagement (Liège, Belgium)

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking a Head of Product for the Engagement area to own a focused portfolio and turn ambitious outcomes into reality. You will set a clear north‑star vision, align it with company objectives, and bridge strategic intent with tangible improvements to player experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define a bold, inspiring and measurable product vision aligned with the company’s CX vision and strategic pillars.
• Translate the vision into multi‑quarter OKRs and ensure initiatives drive customer and financial outcomes such as NPS, CSAT, GGR and retention.
• Represent the portfolio in senior leadership forums, influence decisions and secure alignment.
• Directly manage a team of Product Managers: set expectations, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews and career development.
• Coach PMs on discovery, prioritisation, stakeholder management and decision‑making.
• Maintain an outcome‑driven roadmap, balance speed, scope and business value.
• Partner with enterprise functions to plan, unblock and de‑risk delivery at pace.
• Promote experimentation and a data‑informed mindset across product practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading product managers.
• Proven ability to define strategy and deliver measurable outcomes at portfolio level.
• Strong discovery skills: problem framing, hypothesis development and validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive and technical audiences.
• Effective negotiation, conflict‑resolution and influencing abilities.
