Head of Customer Services

About the role

As Head of Customer Services you will lead Trasis’s global customer service function, shaping the overall experience for patients, users and partners. You will define and execute the service strategy, manage a diverse team of employees, distributors and contractors, and ensure the highest standards of satisfaction worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and oversee all customer service operations across the Trasis Group.
• Define and implement business strategy for services and products.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, reporting and corrective actions.
• Lead the BU management committee and drive transformational initiatives.
• Manage budgets, distributor relationships and service contracts.
• Develop and deliver internal and distributor training programmes.
• Collect and share user feedback to improve products and services.
• Foster strong, proactive relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, master’s in a science‑related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar leadership role with team management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
• Proactive, decisive, flexible and results‑oriented.
• Leadership, assertiveness and strategic vision.
