Growth Marketer

About the role

Doccle is looking for a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition and activation across multiple channels. You will design, launch, and optimise experiments that move prospects through the full funnel, from awareness to retention.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and optimise growth experiments on paid social, search, referral, retargeting and lifecycle channels.
• Drive full‑funnel growth through CRO, A/B testing of ads, landing pages, onboarding flows, emails and messaging.
• Translate customer insights and behavioural data into compelling copy and content that boosts activation, conversion and retention.
• Track and report on KPIs such as CPA/CAC, conversion rate, ROAS and lead quality, and maintain robust measurement foundations (tracking, tagging, dashboards).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales and Operations to align messaging and growth priorities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from quick tests to larger campaign roll‑outs, and share learnings to build repeatable playbooks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance‑focused marketing with a proven track record of growth.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Team‑first attitude and willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French (native French a plus).
• Based in Belgium.
