Growth Manager – AI Trainer (Freelance, 8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced growth strategist to help train AI models on real‑world business expansion tactics. Working 8‑20 hours per week, you will review and refine AI‑generated growth plans, ensuring they reflect practical, accurate, and compliant strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated outputs related to go‑to‑market, scaling, and business development.
• Validate the accuracy, practicality, and compliance of AI responses with real‑world growth requirements.
• Draft realistic growth scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from perspectives such as strategist, founder, investor, or stakeholder.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI‑generated content and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Senior‑level growth strategist with substantial experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record of designing and executing strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating business processes and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, deliver structured feedback, and meet weekly hour commitments.
