Group FP&A Manager

About the role

As the Group FP&A Manager based in Antwerp, you will lead the financial planning and performance management processes for a global malting group. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business planning and delivering high‑quality financial insights that enable senior management to make informed strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting across the group.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term strategic planning cycles.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse results and identify key drivers.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Perform financial modelling, variance analysis and risk‑opportunity assessments.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and drive continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Organise the group reporting calendar in cooperation with the Axéréal Group.
• Lead, develop and mentor finance team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation and analysis, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven experience managing and leading finance teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and business‑acumen skills.
