Group Controller – Holding (Finance)

About the role

The Group Controller – Holding will lead the finance function for the holding company and drive consolidation and analytical reporting at group level. Based in Brussels, the role works closely with executive leadership and the Head of Controlling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate group‑wide budgets, forecasts and long‑term planning across all entities.
• Contribute to financial reporting for executive management, the Board and the Audit Committee.
• Provide financial analysis to support management decision‑making.
• Monitor and coordinate holding‑level costs during budget and forecast cycles.
• Consolidate and analyse intercompany cost data and ensure consistent application of transfer‑pricing policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with controlling teams to implement best practices and support standardisation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, business management, economics or equivalent.
• Approximately 4‑5 years of finance experience, preferably in a controlling position.
• Excellent command of French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong analytical mindset, solution‑oriented and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills and a partnering approach.
