Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator to join a fully remote creative team serving a partner company in Belgium. The role blends visual storytelling with technical production across social, advertising, and print channels, supporting business growth through engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, as well as animated GIFs and HTML5 banners for programmatic campaigns.
• Develop static and motion social media assets, including carousels, motion graphics and other digital creatives that drive engagement.
• Design production‑ready vector cut‑contour dielines and artwork for large‑format applications such as vehicle wraps and traditional print collateral.
• Prepare high‑quality print files, manage colour specifications (CMYK, rich black, bleeds) and coordinate with vendors for accurate hand‑offs.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing and creative stakeholders, incorporate feedback and deliver projects on schedule.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital content creation or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form video loops, social media carousels, animated display ads and multi‑panel print work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines consistently.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment with a quiet home office and reliable high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Daily proficiency in Canva Pro.
• Experience creating motion graphics, short‑form videos and animated HTML5 banners.
• Solid understanding of print‑production requirements: CMYK vs RGB, rich black, bleeds, folding mechanics and vector artwork.
