About the role
The Graduate Management Traineeship (GMT) is a 10‑month paid programme that starts in August 2027. Participants rotate through 3‑4-month assignments across Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics functions, working on real business projects and gaining hands‑on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Complete 3‑4‑month rotations in Sales, Commercial or Supply & Logistics, delivering tangible project outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive value‑adding initiatives.
Required profile
- Graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s) before September 2027 with ≤2 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, ownership, agility and collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English, native language of Belgium, and a valid work permit; willingness to travel within Belgium and Europe.
