Graduate Developer

About the role

Join Reply as a Graduate Developer and contribute to end‑to‑end Business Elements projects, from planning to testing. You will work on CRM solutions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help improve processes for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all project phases: plan, analyse, design, build and test.
• Design and implement CRM solutions using technical knowledge.
• Research non‑standard customer issues and propose solutions.
• Support conceptual architecture and technical solution design.
• Ensure project quality through metric identification and testing plans.
• Identify process gaps and work with teams to create improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Fast learner, self‑starter and creative problem‑solver.
• Passionate about software innovation and its impact on organisations.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
