Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist to join our partner’s team and drive high‑performing paid campaigns for international brands. Based in Belgium and working remotely, you will combine analytical thinking, creative strategy and performance‑marketing expertise to maximise ROI across multiple advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with client business goals, including audience targeting and optimisation plans.
• Research, build and refine audience segments for prospecting, remarketing and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Manage advertising budgets, track spend allocation and recommend adjustments to maximise ROAS.
• Configure and monitor conversion tracking (pixels, events, attribution) across platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid advertising campaigns for brands, e‑commerce or lead‑generation.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid‑media strategy, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience managing budgets and improving performance through data analysis.
