Global Retail Strategy and Analytics Intern

About the role

Join the world’s leading denim brand as a Global Retail Strategy and Analytics Intern. You will work with a multinational team across Europe, the US and Asia, gaining hands‑on experience in franchise strategy, real‑estate development and retail performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives for the franchise business, including partner pitching and operational alignment.
• Create and refine processes that manage the real‑estate and development lifecycle of new stores.
• Analyse store performance versus expectations and develop reporting mechanisms for senior leadership.
• Maintain Excel databases covering partner financials, quarterly store counts and store‑level data.
• Assist with data cleaning, analysis and extraction, particularly for AI‑related projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last year) or final‑year student in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Self‑starter with a “figure it out” mentality and ability to work independently.
• Passion for fashion and retail, eager to learn sector specifics.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with colleagues and partners across different geographies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced functions for large‑scale data management and analysis.
• Microsoft PowerPoint – creating clear, compelling presentations.
• Data cleaning – handling messy data sets efficiently.
• Data analysis – extracting insights to support strategic decisions.
