Full Stack MERN Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack MERN Developer to join our innovative IT team, delivering solutions for reproductive healthcare, diagnostic centers, and real estate. You will work on the full software development lifecycle, from planning to launch, in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, test, and launch web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise code to ensure high‑quality performance.
• Maintain and improve existing applications for scalability and functionality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers when needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in full‑stack development with the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, React Native, MongoDB, and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database architecture, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
