Full Stack Developer – Hybrid Role in Media & Advertising

About the role

Join a fast‑growing media and advertising company as a Full Stack Developer. You will work in a small, collaborative team of five, contributing to both development and project delivery while owning the applications you build.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications, focusing on back‑end functionality and ensuring a smooth front‑end experience.
• Participate in projects from analysis to delivery, proposing solutions and influencing technical decisions.
• Translate business requirements into functional applications with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Integrate and optimise databases (SQL/NoSQL) and APIs.
• Maintain and improve existing tools, resolve daily issues, and interact directly with internal users.
• Take ownership of applications and act as the primary point of contact within the team.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
• For junior candidates: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least one internship.
• For experienced candidates: Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business needs.
