Full Stack Developer (Consultant)

About the role

We are seeking a consultant to join our client’s team and play a vital role in delivering innovative digital solutions for public‑sector agencies. You will use your full‑stack expertise to design, build, and deploy applications that improve service delivery and citizen engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy full‑stack solutions (web, mobile, AI) across the entire development lifecycle.
• Act as the mobile development expert, focusing on cross‑platform Flutter applications and partner roll‑outs.
• Create generative AI solutions, including advanced architectures, chatbots, and data‑extraction pipelines.
• Participate in sprint planning, documentation, and agile project management.
• Define production deployment processes such as architecture setup, federated authentication, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring.
• Lead training sessions, knowledge‑sharing activities, community practices, and hackathons.
• Mentor interns, conduct needs analyses, and liaise with external partners including citizens and academic institutions.
• Explore emerging technologies (AI, AR, social robotics) and perform technology‑watch activities.

Required profile

• Senior, versatile full‑stack background with experience in innovation centers or prototyping, preferably in the public sector.
• Dual expertise in cross‑platform mobile development (Flutter) and generative AI (RAG, large language models, model deployment).
• Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile environments and facilitating workshops or training.
• Proven autonomy in managing production technical aspects, including security and CI/CD.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, native proficiency in French.
