Front Office Trainee

About the role

Join a luxury hotel in the heart of Brussels as a Front Office Trainee. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable first impressions and supporting them throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer telephone calls politely and efficiently.
• Provide local recommendations and share insider knowledge of Brussels.
• Handle reservations, special requests and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or additional languages are a plus.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Available for a minimum three‑month internship in 2026, five days per week.
• Possess a valid internship agreement with an educational institution.
