Front Office Operator (M/F)

About the role

As a Front Office Operator at Quadient you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and written inquiries. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by qualifying requests, providing accurate information, and coordinating technical support when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers by phone and qualify the nature of their request.
• Handle written requests such as emails and other messages.
• Consult internal information systems to answer, understand, and advise customers.
• Perform first‑level technical diagnostics and interventions across the full product and software portfolio.
• Schedule technician visits when higher‑level support is required.
• Update information systems with solutions and close activities with the correct status.
• Plan installations of new products and software with customers.
• Arrange preventive maintenance appointments for machines.
• Manage technicians’ routes and daily planning.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Dutch and English or French.
• Proficient with IT tools used for customer management.
• Strong listening and paraphrasing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused, organized, and adaptable to change.
