Front Office Night Auditor – Replacement Contract

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Night Auditor to join the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport team on a replacement basis. You will be the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs and room changes for night guests.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing safety, comfort and guest satisfaction in the absence of senior management.
• Resolve guest complaints and address a variety of challenges promptly.
• Manage cashier float, produce daily financial reports and perform audit documentation.
• Prepare night and morning reports, and communicate operational instructions to other departments.
• Assist with simple room‑service tasks, such as reheating dishes prepared by the kitchen.
• Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Night Auditor.
• Fluent in French and/or English; Dutch at B1 level.
• Strong teamwork orientation and excellent communication abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving skills.
