Front Office Internship – Airport Hotel

About the role

The Front Office Internship offers a hands‑on experience at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, where you will support the front desk team in welcoming international guests and ensuring a smooth stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, efficient and courteous check‑in and check‑out services.
• Greet, direct and assist guests, recognising regular and elite members.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and follow Marriott’s service standards.
• Process billing, collect payments and maintain accurate guest files.
• Communicate with all hotel departments to coordinate guest needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to security and fire‑evacuation procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Physical stamina and ability to work under stress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
