About the role

We are looking for a fluent French speaker to join our customer support team on a remote basis, with the opportunity to relocate to Greece. The role involves delivering high‑quality assistance to French‑speaking clients through multiple channels while enjoying the lifestyle Greece offers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, and chat support to French‑speaking customers.
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records using internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold high customer‑satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable to new technologies and environments.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with company‑supported relocation.
