French‑Speaking Customer Agent – Automotive (Greece, relocation)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Agent to join our automotive support team in Greece. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality assistance to French‑speaking customers across multiple channels, helping them with product information, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in French via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with automotive product inquiries, technical information and troubleshooting.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve service quality.
• Stay informed about automotive industry trends and company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good organizational abilities.
