French‑Speaking Account Manager – B2B Mobility

About the role

LIZY is scaling its sales team to accelerate growth in the European car‑leasing market. We are looking for a French‑speaking Account Manager who will own a portfolio of B2B clients, turn standard accounts into long‑term ambassadors, and help shape the future of responsible mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring account health and minimizing churn.
• Drive upsell initiatives such as renewals, fleet expansions and framework agreements.
• Conduct strategic check‑ins and business reviews with CEOs, CFOs, HR managers and owners.
• Negotiate customized growth plans, draft fleet policies and respond to competitor threats.
• Develop deep knowledge of total cost of ownership, fiscal aspects and sector trends.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of account‑management or sales experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Resourceful, eager to learn and driven to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Native French speaker with a sufficient level of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Interest in automotive or mobility is a plus, but not mandatory.
