About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French STEM Subject Matter Expert to create and evaluate high‑quality prompts and tasks for AI models. This is a fully remote, contract‑based position with a flexible schedule and clear deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine STEM prompts and evaluation tasks across biology, physics, and chemistry.
- Create bilingual (French‑English) content that maintains scientific rigor and linguistic precision.
- Design detailed evaluation rubrics to assess reasoning quality, accuracy, and clarity.
- Review, grade, and benchmark model outputs for consistency and correctness.
- Work independently within structured project workflows and meet defined deadlines.
Required profile
- Strong English proficiency for bilingual prompt creation and evaluation.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, precise writing, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, deadline‑driven environment.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of $38–$53 (USD) with weekly payouts via Stripe or Wise.
- 3‑6 month engagement with potential extension based on performance.
