French Speaking HVAC Sales Support

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Technical Sales Support professional to join a leading HVAC and refrigeration company operating in the Netherlands. The role is hybrid, combining office work in Rotterdam with extensive travel across the FraBeLux region to train distributors, manage accounts, and develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to distribution outlets to train sales staff and ensure product knowledge.
• Maintain optimal stock levels at all assigned outlets.
• Research, contact, and visit architects, installation companies, and building specifiers to promote the product range.
• Organise and conduct trade‑counter days at distribution points.
• Support trade shows across Europe and occasionally in the UK and US.
• Report on visits and follow‑up sales calls with detailed information.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
• Proven experience in sales or account management.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
