French Speaking Customer Representative – Paid Relocation to Greece

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Customer Representative to provide top‑class support for Dyson products. The position is based in Greece and includes paid relocation, allowing you to enjoy a vibrant lifestyle while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose product issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in electronics or retail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable to new technologies, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation support provided.
