French Speaking Customer Agent – FinTech (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece and support a leading FinTech company. The successful candidate will handle French‑language inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in French across phone, email and chat channels.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, technical issues and other FinTech‑related questions.
• Resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Stay updated on the company’s products, services and FinTech industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in FinTech, banking or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, customer‑oriented attitude.
