French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate who can provide seamless assistance to our customers through voice calls and live chat. You will be the friendly voice behind our brand, helping users track orders, understand products, and resolve issues while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions step‑by‑step.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify trends, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with the team to stay updated on priorities and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
