French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering professional and friendly assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
