About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Lead .NET Developer to join a dynamic team in Antwerp. The role involves leading a group of developers, overseeing project timelines, and delivering high‑quality software solutions for the client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, maintainable .NET applications according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards.
• Work with project managers to estimate timelines, identify risks, and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or similar senior role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred).
