Franchise Order Operations Intern

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co.'s Franchise Trading team in Brussels and support the end‑to‑end order and returns processes for 320 stores across Europe. You will work closely with internal teams, distribution centres and franchise partners to ensure smooth product flow and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, track and analyse shipments to European stores.
• Manage, track and analyse returns from stores.
• Follow up on customer‑service activities, inbound/outbound flows, initial allocation in SAP and the retail management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, distribution centres, transporters and franchise partners to devise operational solutions for disruptions (holidays, strikes, etc.).
• Work with Franchise Traders to ensure proper product representation on the shop floor and on‑time delivery drops.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Audit or a related field, or recent graduate (within the last year).
• Passion for operations and analysis in the fashion sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse partners.
• Team‑oriented, flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, large data sets).
• Familiarity with SAP and retail management systems.
• Analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making.
