FP&A & Controlling Manager – International FMCG

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A & Controlling Manager to act as the primary financial business partner for the regional leadership team of a fast‑growing international FMCG company. Reporting to the Finance Director EMEA, you will combine strategic financial planning with hands‑on controlling to drive performance, profitability and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions and investment evaluations.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Explain variances versus budget/forecast and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee management reporting, consolidate results across markets and prepare presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of finance professionals.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational and supply‑chain functions to foster a data‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Significant experience in FP&A, controlling and financial business partnering within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering data‑driven insights.
