Formwork Carpenter – Concrete & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for a skilled formwork carpenter to join our construction teams across Belgium. You will work on a variety of concrete and infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Install traditional and system formwork (e.g., Doka, Peri) for foundations, walls, columns, bridges and other structures.
• Assemble, align and brace formwork components.
• Place reinforcement in concrete structures.
• Place, compact and finish concrete, then remove formwork and inspect the work.
• Collaborate with the project team and adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a team.
• Strong focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn.
• Class B driver’s licence and VCA certificate are a plus.

Required skills

• Formwork installation – traditional and system (Doka, Peri).
• Reinforcement placement.
• Concrete placing, compacting and finishing.
• Technical drawing interpretation.
