Food & Beverage Supervisor – Full-time

About the role

At NH Collection Gent, Food & Beverage is at the heart of the guest experience. As an F&B Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, meetings, events and banqueting activities, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service and create memorable moments for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, meetings, events and banqueting services.
• Lead, coach and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure Minor Hotels service standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
• Support team scheduling, training and development.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office and Events teams for a seamless guest journey.
• Support stock control and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist the F&B Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
• Take responsibility for the department in the absence of the F&B Manager.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage within a hotel, restaurant, conference or banqueting environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
