About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert delivers memorable dining experiences for guests at Sheraton Brussels Airport. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal service runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service timing.
• Greet, serve, and interact with guests, addressing their needs promptly.
• Handle menu inquiries, verify information, and assist guests with selections.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of equipment and supplies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces.
