Flexi Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking enthusiastic, service‑oriented individuals to join its Food & Beverage team on a flexible basis. As a Flexi Food & Beverage Assistant you will support daily operations, deliver excellent guest service and help create a welcoming breakfast and dining experience in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them according to company standards.
• Set up, clear and maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Support preparation and restocking of service stations.
• Assist with events, banquets or special functions as required.
• Handle guest requests and communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with a positive outlook.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is preferred.
