First Officer – C525/CJ (CJ1, M2, CJ4 Gen2)

About the role

Luxaviation Belgium is seeking qualified First Officers to operate C525/CJ aircraft (including CJ1, M2 and CJ4 Gen2 variants). This permanent position offers the chance to join a leading business aviation group and work within a dynamic, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate C525/CJ aircraft safely and efficiently under the command of the Captain.
• Conduct pre‑flight planning, briefings, and post‑flight debriefings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, company, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation.
• Participate in continuous training and safety programs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid EASA CPL(A) with ATPL theory, IR/ME rating and Class 1 medical.
• Minimum total flight time of 200 hours.
• Valid passport and work permit allowing residence and employment in the EU.
• English proficiency at ELP 4 level; fluency in Dutch or French is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service and confidentiality.
• Willingness to relocate within one hour of the Wevelgem base if required.
