Finishing Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Finishing Supervisor to lead and coordinate all interior finishing and fit‑out activities on our construction sites in Lommel. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to project management and ensures that all finishing works meet design, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily finishing activities, including partitions, flooring, ceilings, painting and decorative works.
• Organise and supervise teams of tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress, resolve on‑site issues, and report status, risks and quality observations to project managers.
• Check material quantities, deliveries and storage to avoid delays.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, architects and other trades to guarantee precise detailing and high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of finishing works such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, ceilings, joinery and interior fit‑out.
• Proven experience supervising finishing trades on construction sites, including coordination of teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Understanding of construction safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
