Financial Planning & Analysis Controller

About the role

The FP&A Controller supports the Controlling department by delivering accurate financial information and insights. You will be involved in budgeting, reporting systems and analysis, gaining broad exposure to finance across LLBG and opening future career opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities from an FP&A perspective.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Collect, validate and consolidate financial and operational data for non‑financial reporting such as CSRD.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy while driving continuous improvement of data collection processes.
• Provide business controllers with intuitive reports, clear analyses, conclusions and technical support.
• Assist with ad‑hoc financial analyses, projects and reporting system enhancements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in controlling and/or FP&A roles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, ‘can‑do’ attitude with strong ownership and commitment.
• Structured approach to work, able to manage milestones, deadlines and project‑based tasks.

• Knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
• Experience with Power BI (advantageous)
