Financial Controller – Business Control

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join the Business Control team of the Industrial Air Division. Reporting to the Vice President Business Control, you will work closely with divisional management and global colleagues to support financial performance and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of divisional financial results.
• Support reporting, forecasting, planning, and month‑end follow‑up processes across the division.
• Develop and maintain management reports, financial scorecards, and business performance dashboards.
• Provide financial reporting and business control support to customer centers and product companies worldwide.
• Collaborate with divisional management to deliver financial insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare financial presentations and management reports for divisional leadership.
• Assist the Vice President Business Control in coordinating the division's reporting and planning processes.
• Contribute to finance and business control projects within the Industrial Air Division, Compressor Technique Business Area, and the Atlas Copco Group.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and participate in internal audit activities.
• Support financial analyses, due diligence, and integration of acquisitions.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting quality, and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting and/or business control.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Attitude‑focused mindset with willingness to learn on the job.
