Financial Controller – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our growing organisation in Brussels. In this role you will ensure financial accuracy, improve reporting processes and provide insights that support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, management information and performance indicators.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance against objectives.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to improve financial efficiency and controls.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in financial controlling, reporting or a similar finance position.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Structured, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
