Financial Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Financial Advisor to join our Finance Operate team in Zaventem. You will act as a trusted advisor for international clients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of specialists to deliver high‑quality financial guidance and support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide expert support on year‑end closings, audit coordination, statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Utilise advanced cloud‑based tools to enhance financial reporting and advisory services.
• Design and implement innovative, future‑proof financial ecosystems tailored to client needs.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring efficient management and high‑quality service delivery.
• Act as the go‑to trusted advisor within a multidisciplinary team supporting international clients.
• Collaborate closely with lawyers, tax specialists and other advisors to expand the regional client portfolio.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering growth in technical expertise and consulting skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or audit.
• Master’s degree in Finance and/or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Taxation.
• ACCA qualification is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
