Finance Specialist (Fluent in French) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a finance specialist fluent in French to help train large‑scale language models for financial analysis and decision support. You will work remotely, interacting with AI in both English and French to improve its understanding of complex financial concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the model on real‑world and theoretical finance questions in English and French.
• Verify factual accuracy, logical consistency, and capture reproducible error traces.
• Document failure modes and suggest enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Provide feedback on model reasoning across accounting standards, valuation, risk management, and compliance topics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a strong plus.
• Fluency in French and strong written communication in English.
• Hands‑on experience in financial institutions, corporate finance, or regulatory environments.
• Ability to explain reasoning step‑by‑step (“show your work”).
