Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will partner with the Executive Team and key stakeholders to deliver high‑quality financial management, reporting and analysis across an international hospitality business. You will ensure transparency, accuracy and insight in financial reporting, with a strong focus on shareholder reporting and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial reporting cycles, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders and shareholders.
• Conduct deep financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
• Support the creation of board‑level shareholder reporting materials and financial summaries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial performance with business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance, highlighting key variances.
• Contribute to strategic planning through robust financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Assist internal and external audits with full documentation and transparency.
• Translate financial data clearly for both English‑ and Chinese‑speaking audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of finance experience in an international company.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, analysis and shareholder reporting.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong commercial mindset with high analytical and detail‑orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of international financial standards.
