Finance Manager – International VC Fund (up to €112k)

About the role

Join a lean, Brussels‑based international venture capital fund as Finance Manager. You will own the full financial stack of the fund and its management companies, working closely with leadership to shape valuation, reporting and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, cash planning, balance‑sheet management and tax planning for the fund’s management companies.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, perform valuations and prepare quarterly investor reports.
• Coordinate the annual audit process across all entities and liaise with external accountants for quarterly closings and VAT submissions.
• Drive process improvements through software implementations and automation.
• Maintain oversight of multiple entities, ensuring clean and current financial data.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or Vlerick background is a plus.
• 6–12 years of progressive finance experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on, operational mindset comfortable owning the full scope from balance sheet to fund valuation.
