Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing medical‑sector company in Brussels. In this permanent role you will act as a strategic finance advisor, delivering insightful reporting and supporting key financial decisions for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reports, analysing financial and operational performance for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles in close partnership with business teams.
• Monitor cash position, support liquidity management, and prepare lender‑focused financial reporting.
• Lead strategic finance projects such as carve‑outs, restructurings, and other high‑impact initiatives.
• Assist senior leadership with ad‑hoc analyses, board preparation, acquisitions, and other priority projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of finance experience, preferably in audit & transaction services, consulting, FP&A or business partnering.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities, turning data into clear business insights.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English, with a hands‑on, rigorous approach in a fast‑paced environment.
