Finance Associate Analyst – Commercial & New Payment Flows Europe

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) Europe Finance team. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a finance career, offering hands‑on exposure to financial planning, performance analysis, and close collaboration with commercial and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and maintenance of forecasts and budgets for CNPF Europe.
• Analyse revenue, volume, and cost drivers to provide insights for commercial decisions.
• Perform variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly performance materials for senior stakeholder review.
• Partner with commercial, product, and strategy teams to evaluate initiatives, pricing, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular checks and reconciliations.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement, automation, and standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with interest in working with non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint skills are a plus.
